Imagejet Warranty and Guarantee
All products supplied under the Imagejet brand are guaranteed to be free from defect and are produced to match the Original Manufacturers product performance, both in print quality and page yields.
In the event where any Imagejet product is found to be defective, it will be replaced or credited against your account at the full purchase price paid, subject to conditions.
It is also further guaranteed that, subject to conditions and normal use of the Toner or Inkjet, that this cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any printer it has been designed for use in.
In the unlikely event, where a Imagejet cartridge is proven to be the route cause for a printer failure, the manufacturer will arrange for repair of the printer at their cost, or repay the full cost of the repair, subject again to the procedure list below.
This guarantee covers all Imagejet products for a period of 1 year, from the date of purchase.
This guarantee is dependant upon the client providing a written engineers report, from a reputable engineering maintenance company, to support the claim against the cartridge. in addition we would require an official letter from the maintenance company, detailing the exact nature of the damage caused, along with a full costing schedule for the repair. the product relating to the original fault and any parts replaced should be made available for inspection, by the cartridge manufacturer prior to any final settlement.
Procedure for Product Return
details of the problem related to a cartridge fault should be communicated directly to your dealer representative, who will process the return. A print example should also be taken and enclosed with the problem cartridge for return.
