Our Staff
Our sales staff are given comprehensive training in company standards and ethics as well as product training and therefore have a very professional approach to accessing and providing for customer needs.
CopyQuip only sells equipment for which our service staff have been fully trained by the manufacturer to maintain and this reassures the customer when purchasing the equipment that it will give them many years of satisfactory performance.

Our Philosophy
CopyQuip was established in 1995 with a vision of adopting a fresh approach to servicing customer needs in Munster in the provision of office equipment and aftercare service. This ideal has been the prime requisite in all of the management decisions since then. The result has been that customers receive the highest quality of service available in the industry.
Our Approach
CopyQuip has decided to always have at least one more engineer than is necessary and this allows us to implement a proactive approach to servicing by scheduling our engineers to carry out preventative maintenance calls where the engineers comprehensively service the equipment focusing on the areas most likely to be the reason for future calls and thereby reduce the amount of emergency calls logged by our customers. This is unique in the photocopier industry.
